20 Past 4's store manager is regarded as a leader of the Provisioning Center.
You are responsible for assisting the General Manager in the establishment of the company’s culture while maintaining high team morale.
Must be highly skilled in the management of employees, inventory, customers, and sales.
Experience in the medical cannabis industry is required.
Responsible for ensuring the facility is running efficiently while upholding all policies, procedures and state regulations.
The store manager will be on-site whenever the facility is open to the public, arriving first and leaving last.
Prior retail supervisor experience is required.
Store managers will work in conjunction with our HR/OSHA consultant and the General Manager on the implementing and maintaining practices that comply with the EEOC, federal wage and hour laws and state wage and occupational safety laws.
