Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Manage recruitment and interviewing process for HUNKS, ensure all background checks are completed and all new hire paperwork is processed.
Hires appropriate staff to coordinate orientation and training's or in the absence of this position directly manages these programs.
Appropriately Dispatch crews to ensure they are set up for success every day, including conducting inspiring and energizing morning huddles.
Conduct regular new hire training's that will set up our new HUNKS for success in the field; conduct regular ongoing trainings in safety, sales, management, etc.
Conduct site visits to ensure crews are following the College Hunks system for Moving and Junk Removal services and ensuring a happy client experience.
Hold HUNKS accountable to daily metrics related to sales, customer service and costs; coach and motivate team to hit or exceed benchmarks.
Ensure inventory tracking for all supplies in the warehouse to ensure minimal loss.
Ensure storage is up to date and organized
Be a Brand Ambassador by attending local business and industry related networking functions as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma and three years of related work experience strongly preferred.
Experience in operating a forklift
Experience in recruiting or HR on-boarding activities a plus.
Ability to multi-task and handle pressure situations with ease.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional and verifiable customer service skills and experience.
Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required.
Proficiency with computers
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sound decision-making skills based upon company policies and philosophy.
Able to lift 80 lbs.

Able to obtain a chauffeur’s license and be approved on insurance.
Able to work long hours and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.
00 - $55,000.
00 per year
