JOB DESCRIPTION
*JOB TITLE:* Corporate Accounting Manager, Shared Services
*FLSA STATUS:* Exempt
*REPORTS TO:* Vice President, Finance
SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced finance leader with a vision for the future to take the lead over our financial service center.
It includes directing the activities of the Centralized Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Under general supervision is responsible for the following major tasks:
* Supervise and Develop Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll teams.
* Be a subject matter expert for AP and AR teams around the globe.
* Build strong relationships with business partners in corporate office and regional markets.
* Monitors Human Resource, Payroll and Financial procedures to ensure compliance.
* Lead IT initiatives to improve Accounting Systems related to AP, AR, and Payroll.
* Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory requirements of the local markets.
* Support Annual Audit exercise with request related to AP, AR, and Payroll.
* Prepares monthly cost analysis reports for corporate departments for budget comparison.
* Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes
* Performs all other duties as directed by the Vice President, Finance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration plus five years’ e
xperience in manufacturing accounting methods, both technical and managerial.

Possesses the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position typically does require less than 5% travel.
