Responsibilities:
Job Purpose
The Accounting Clerk role is focused on assisting the Accounting/Finance Team with the overall fiscal management of Greenleaf Hospitality Group properties.
What You’ll Be Doing
Greenleaf Hospitality Group Cashier Duties:
Managing Petty Cash
Managing Housebank
Reconciling deposits match actual
Managing intercompany transfers and exchanges
Recording cash journal entries
ATM Cash Management
Reverse ATM Maintenance
Manage company credit card program
Assist AR & AP staff members where needed
Assist with intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliations
Assist with daily revenue reporting
Support accounting team with month-end closing processes
Support accounting team with Square, Silverware, Opera, and Etix inputs and maintenance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
What You Need for this Position
You have strong attention to detail and accuracy, commitment to customer service
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, are very organized and detail-oriented, thrive on process improvement
Ability to manage and meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task and work together as an integral part of the team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Suite; experience with Jonas software system a plus
Emphasis on confidentiality
Customer service skills
Able to lift 25lbs.
