What you will do The Financial Compliance Lead Analyst provides audit support for Internal and External Audits and ensures the accuracy and completeness of the Instruments Division's financials.
They will be responsible for the review of the Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash flow and will provide a fluctuation analysis to the Manager of Financial Compliance on a monthly basis.
Strong communication skills are required in this role as they will be working on a daily basis with various business partners across the organization.
This role must have a strong understanding of SOX controls and will perform various controls for the division.
This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
Assist in the accumulation and review of audit support for both Internal and External audits.
Performance and assessment of SOX controls in a timely manner.
Lead the coordination and documentation of the quarterly Balance Sheet Review process.
Lead the coordination and documentation of the monthly Profit and Loss and Balance sheet review process.
Provide training and guidance to our business partners on general accounting guidelines and procedures.
Cash flow review and preparation of supporting schedules.
Administration of Blackline system and monitoring of reconciliation accuracy and completeness.
Monitoring of Non GAAP spend and review of appropriateness of accounts used.
Other Ad hoc special projects as required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 4+ years of accounting experience required General accounting knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel Knowledge of SAP and HFM $73,100 - $152,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.
Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
