As a Marketing Operations Specialist on Stryker’s Medical Team, your overarching objective will be to drive effective business management for the VP of Marketing and their team while supporting strategic marketing initiatives.

What you will do
Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.
Partner with Marketing Communications partners to assist with leadership presentation design and content support for presentations, videos, and newsletters.
Assist with scheduling, logistics, and execution of marketing meetings, team engagement events, leadership meetings, customer meetings, and more.
Update and maintain leadership calendars, events, and distribution lists.
Proofread work to ensure accuracy and no errors.
Lead special projects and perform other duties as required.
Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
What you need
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of work experience required
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
